Hello, my name is Leon Jeffries. I began my career in software sales selling ServiceNow in

the corporate world of FTSE 500 companies. Being born, bred and educated in the countryside of Winchester and Somerset a piece of my heart has always belong to the

countryside. Waking up in London on a Monday morning began to become a monotonous task with views of the concrete jungle something was missing. Having always been a big

foodie hosting friends and family for dinner it was true what they all said, food and country is my true passion.

While at University I started working at the Original Ivy in Covent garden exposing myself to what fine dining looks like, I took the leap and during Covid worked alongside John at OFM -one of the OG'S in the food truck world. I started to realise my dream of one day owning my

own food truck and creating my very own menu.

Skipping a few years as I travelled around the world taking inspiration from the amazing people of Fiji who grew, raised and produced all their own food, with most not knowing what a supermarket is, it led me to think of Hampshire and home, and all the incredible ingredients we grow right under our noses. Taking inspiration from this, I wanted to go back to my roots and create a simple, clean, no nonsense menu filled with cult classics that can be locally sourced from British farms.

This is no longer just a passion for me but a way to give back, laugh with customers and

share the love around countryside.
